Experience (US Only) and Education

  • 10+ years of technology operations experience, strong digital technology background
  • A minimum of 5 years’ management experience
  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
  • Bilingual (French and English)


  • Stay abreast of industry advances and identify and introduce industry best practices in order to develop relevant strategic plans and proposals to allow the company to exploit technology advances to drive revenue, reduce costs, or reduce risk.
  • Project and program management.
  • Drive the Digital strategy and ensure delivery of the roadmap to budget and deadline, and support release testing.
  • Own assigned projects and ensure that they deliver agreed benefits and meet time, budget, and quality standards and can be transitioned smoothly from development through to production.
  • Departmental leadership responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, performance management, hiring and coaching and development of staff, and resource planning.
  • Participate in annual budget and operational plan and execute on agreed budget.
  • Take responsibility for the quality of all services and solutions delivered.
  • Ensure appropriate process, governance, and controls are in place to ensure full protection of the production environment, in line with internal and external audit requirements and recognized industry best practices.
  • Serve as a key interface with the various technology organizations.
  • Manage the organization’s resources to meet the business delivery standards.
  • Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Ensure all staff is provided with training and resources needed to perform their jobs to the most outstanding degree possible. Ensure all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching in order to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.
  • Manage and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations.
  • Empower the staff to be accountable and responsible for their own actions and decisions.
  • Play an active part in the continuous improvement of quality processes and standards to ensure that Technology provides efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective solution development.
  • Actively promote quality throughout the organization and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
  • Accountable for all companywide incidents.
  • Adhere to agreed standards and implement procedures to ensure the entire loop from detection to closure is completed.

  • Advanced project management skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a wide audience including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments using assorted communication mediums.
